Book a Reservation / View Rate Schedule
We rent nightly or weekly. We also rent monthly during November, December, January and February. A credit card is required to book a reservation, however in order to avoid the additional costs associated with credit card companies, we ask that 50% of your lodging cost be paid by personal check, cashiers check, or money order at the time of your reservation and the remaining 50% payable within thirty days of your arrival. Upon receipt of your reservation information, we will contact our property management company, who will process your reservation and mail the necessary reservation information to you.

Our rates are outlined in the chart below. As with any accommodation, there are ADDITIONAL FEES associated with your reservation, which are as follows:

Cleaning Fee: $55

Parking Fee: $10 (if staying 1 - 3 days) or $20 (if staying 3 - 30 days)

Pet Deposit: $200 (refundable)
