Beach House Villa Unit 105 in Building L is located on the ground floor of a three story building.  It has 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, a kitchen, large living room and a small screened-in porch.

It sleeps 6 adults comfortably with ample room left over for children with sleeping bags.  The bedroom has a queen size bed and a love seat that converts into a single bed.  The living room contains a queen size sleeper sofa.  There is also a rollaway bed available for use by guests.  All furniture and mattresses are new and the bed linens are in like-new condition and clean.  Extra pillows and blankets are also available.

There is one full bath and one half-bath, enabling two families to share accommodations with each family having a separate bath.

The kitchen contains a full-size refrigerator with freezer, full-size stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal.  A dining table and a snack bar are also available for use by our guests.

Laundry facilities are located on each floor of the building, with the ground floor laundry being located just several feet from Unit 105.  The laundries are coin operated and most contain 2 washers and 2 dryers.
